Two years of physical therapy dealing with costochondritus was not improving. Colleen was unable to comfortably walk across an airport, kayak with her husband or even carry her cat upstairs. The costochondritus was making Colleen unable to keep up with her busy lifestyle.

Achievements obtained through training with Coach Kimmie:
By strengthening support muscles and increasing flexibility throughout the body my postureimproved allowing my chest to have motion without inflammation of the cartilage. My stamina has improved. Today, I jog, ride a bicycle as well as use the Stairmaster for cardiovascular enhancement. I can even lift my heavy bag into the overhead compartment .All of which would place me in bed for a couple of days before working with Coach Kimmie.
